In Guildford
The Guildford United Reformed Church is the usual location for rehearsals of the Surrey Hills Chamber Choir. We meet on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm and our sessions usually run until 10pm, after which those of us who have built up a suitable thirst retire to The Ship for a restorative beverage or two.
When we perform locally our concerts are often at Guildford's beautiful St Nicolas Church, right in the heart of the town beside the River Wey.
In Ewhurst
Ewhurst Baptish Church is the usual location for rehearsals of the Surrey Hills Singers. We meet on Monday mornings from 10.30am to 12.30pm, allowing mums with young children to schedule their singing around their family commitments.
When we perform locally, it's often with the Chamber Choir in Guildford (see above).
