An a cappella classic by Anders Edenroth of the Real Group, recorded "at home" during Covid-19 Lockdown by the members of former BBC Choir of the Year finalists the Surrey Hills Chamber Choir from Guildford, Surrey, UK. This video was entered into the Leonardo Da Vinci International Choral Festival, Online Edition. 13th-16th July 2021. We were awarded a Gold diploma for a score of 85.75 and won a Silver Medal for coming second in the class entered. The video includes original visual material created by members of the choir including stop-frame animation. After 16 months of not being able to sing in public we finally managed to hold an outdoor concert on what turned out to be a glorious Summers afternoon in the garden of The Crown Inn, Capel Dorking. we felt that this song encapsulates how singing can lift your spirits and all who listen to it. A joy to sing and enjoyed by the audience!
