September brings the start of the new school year, but also the start of the new choir season, and we're about to start work on some new repertoire for our Candlelit Christmas Concert on 10th December.
We have space for one or two fresh faces in both of our choirs (Altos, Tenors and Basses in the Chamber Choir, and any ladies voice in the Surrey Hills Singers), so now is the ideal time for us to reach out and find some new members.
Why not come along and give it a try?
We are opening up several of our September rehearsals in order to welcome visitors and we'd love to see you. There's absolutely no pressure, you can pitch straight in and sing if you're confident, or maybe just listen and then meet a few of us over a drink and a chat after the rehearsal?
The dates you need to know are:-
Surrey Hills Singers - Monday 18th and 25th September 10.30am at Ewhurst Baptist Church
Chamber Choir - Wednesday 27th September 7.30pm at Guildford United Reform Church.
